Contact us

One address for everything: contact@comtosee.be

We answer in English and in French, within a few working days. For a problem inside a game, three details save us a lot of time: your device (PC with its graphics card, or phone model), your operating system version, and what you were doing just before.

comtosee SRL — Rue du Blé d’Or 29, 5100 Namur, Belgium. Company number BE 0793.756.839.

The Last Ghoul (PC, Steam)

Where can I get it?

The Last Ghoul will be sold on Steam. The store page is being set up; as soon as it opens, the Wishlist on Steam buttons of this site will take you there. A free demo is planned on Steam for 15 December 2026. The release date of the full game will be announced on the Steam page.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows PC. The exact system requirements will be published on the Steam page when it opens, and in the demo. If the demo runs badly on your machine, write to us with your graphics card and your Windows version: it helps us set the requirements right.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases on Steam are handled by Valve, not by us: refunds go through Steam, under Steam’s refund policy. We cannot refund on Valve’s behalf.

Where are my saved games?

On your own computer, in your Windows user profile, under %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\The Last Ghoul\. Nothing is sent to us. Deleting that folder erases your progress and your settings for good.

The game crashes, stutters or shows a black screen

Make sure your graphics driver is up to date and that no recording or overlay tool is forcing its own frame rate. Then write to us with your graphics card, your Windows version, the chapter you were in and what happened just before: a crash report with those four details is usually enough to find the cause.

Is the game suitable for my children?

No. The Last Ghoul contains frequent, graphic fantasy violence against undead humanoids (blood, dismemberment, decapitation), dead bodies, and dark themes. It is made for adults. There is no sexual content and no nudity.

I have an idea, a bug, a remark

They are welcome. The game is made by one person and player feedback genuinely shapes what comes next. Write to contact@comtosee.be. If you stream or write about the game, you may use the screenshots and key art of this site freely, with a credit to CTS-GAMING.

The mobile games (Vanderplanck)

The following applies to our mobile games on the App Store and on Google Play, from the moment they are available.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the game, go to Settings, then Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple or Google account they were made with: use the same account. If nothing comes back, check that you are signed in to that account in your phone settings, then restart the game. If it still fails, write to us with the approximate date of the purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, not by us, so refunds go through them. On iPhone, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions, Budget & history. We can help you prepare the request, but we cannot refund on their behalf.

How do I delete my data?

Progress is stored on your phone: uninstalling the game erases it. For everything else, and for a formal deletion request, the procedure is on the data deletion page.

How do I change my advertising choice?

Open Settings in the game, then Ad privacy: the consent screen appears again and you can change your answer. Refusing personalised ads removes no feature: the game then shows non-personalised ads.

An ad will not start, or gets stuck

This is almost always the network. Check your connection, close the game completely and reopen it. If an ad freezes full screen, return to your phone’s home screen and reopen the game: the reward is granted as soon as the ad has been watched to the end. If the problem persists, write to us.

The game crashes or runs slowly

Restart your phone, make sure the game is up to date, and leave some free storage space. If crashes continue, write to us with your phone model.

I lost my progress

Progress lives on the device and is not synchronised to the cloud for now. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data from your phone settings or switching devices will therefore lose it. Purchases, however, can always be restored with the same Apple or Google account.

Reporting content

To report inappropriate content shown in a mobile game, including an advertisement, write to us with a screenshot and the approximate time. Ads come from the Google AdMob network: we pass on every report and can block categories of advertisers.

Age and content

The Last Ghoul is made for adults, as described above. Our mobile games are not directed at children under 13; Vanderplanck contains cartoon violence, with no realistic blood, in an animated world, and the ads shown are filtered to exclude sensitive categories.
