The publication manager is the director of comtosee SRL. The company designs and publishes its video games under the name CTS-GAMING, which is a trade name and not a separate legal entity: the publisher of this site, of the games and of any content published here remains comtosee SRL.

The games

The Last Ghoul is a PC game distributed on Steam. Its store page, when it opens, is operated by Valve Corporation; purchases, refunds, wishlists and reviews made there follow Valve’s terms, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. CTS-GAMING is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.

The mobile games of CTS-GAMING, including Vanderplanck, are published on Apple’s App Store and on Google Play by comtosee SRL, whose details appear above. Support for all games is provided at the same email address and described on the support page.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — netlify.com. The transfer of technical data to the United States is covered by the European Union’s standard contractual clauses.

Terms of use of this site

comtosee.be is freely accessible. It presents the company and its games, and provides the information required by the stores that distribute them. Nothing is sold on this site and no account is created here.

Users agree to use the site in accordance with applicable law and not to use it in a way contrary to public order or to the rights of third parties. comtosee SRL reserves the right to change the content of the site and these terms at any time, without notice.

The terms of use of the games are those of the store you obtained them from, together with any terms shown inside the game itself.

Intellectual property

All elements on comtosee.be and in the games presented here — names, worlds, characters, scenarios, texts, illustrations, interfaces, music, sound effects, trademarks and logos, including The Last Ghoul and CTS-GAMING — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of comtosee SRL, unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited. Screenshots, key art and gameplay footage may be used freely in an editorial or content-creation context — press, video, live streaming — provided CTS-GAMING is credited and no partnership is implied.

The fonts used on this site (Pirata One, Alegreya, Barlow Semi Condensed, and Protest Revolution for the logo of The Last Ghoul) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License; their licences are published with the site.

Personal data

This site has no form, sets no cookie and uses no analytics. How the site and the games process data is described in our privacy policy, and the procedure for having your data erased is on the data deletion page.

Cookies

This site sets no cookie, neither for analytics, nor for advertising, nor for preferences. No consent banner is therefore required. The mobile games do ask for your advertising consent on first launch, as explained in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

comtosee SRL strives to provide accurate information but cannot be held liable for inaccuracies, omissions or errors on the site, nor for the content of third-party sites that links may point to.

The games presented are in development: their content, availability dates, system requirements and features may change without notice. The dates shown on this site, including the date of the demo, are intentions, not commitments.
