Data deletion
comtosee SRL (CTS-GAMING) · The Last Ghoul and the mobile games · Last updated: October 2026
In short
Our games create no account. Your progress is stored on your own computer or phone and nowhere else: deleting the saved games, or uninstalling the game, erases it for good. For the data held by Steam, Apple or Google, you can act from your own account, and we can step in on request.
What the games store
- The Last Ghoul, on your computer: your progress, your settings and your story choices, in
%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\The Last Ghoul\. - With Steam (Valve): your purchase history, playtime, wishlist and reviews, and where the game offers them, achievements or cloud saves. We do not hold that data.
- The mobile games, on your phone: the current run, upgrades, coins, settings, and your answer to the advertising consent screen.
- With Google (mobile games): an advertising identifier and technical data linked to serving ads, and where applicable an installation identifier for crash reports.
- With Apple or Google (mobile games): your in-app purchase history, which we do not hold.
- With us: only the emails you have sent us.
The games ask for no name, no email address, no phone number and no location.
Erase it yourself, right now
The Last Ghoul (PC)
Close the game, then delete the folder %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\The Last Ghoul\ (paste that
path in the address bar of the Windows file explorer). Your progress and settings are gone, immediately and
irreversibly. Uninstalling the game from Steam does not delete that folder by itself. Your Steam purchase
history, playtime and reviews are managed from your Steam account and by Valve.
Mobile games: erase progress without uninstalling
Open Settings in the game, then Erase my progress. This is immediate and irreversible: coins, upgrades and completed chapters all go back to zero.
Mobile games: erase everything
Uninstall the application. On iOS, hold the icon and choose Delete App. On Android, open Settings, Apps, the game, then Storage and Clear data, before uninstalling. Nothing remains on the device.
Mobile games: take back control of advertising data
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time: on iOS under Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking; on Android under Settings, Google, All services, Ads. You can also reopen the consent screen from the game settings and refuse personalised ads.
Asking us to delete
Write to contact@comtosee.be with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Please include, as far as you can:
- the game concerned (The Last Ghoul, Vanderplanck…);
- the store you used: Steam, App Store or Google Play;
- your device and the approximate date of your last session;
- if you made a purchase, the approximate date of that purchase.
Because the games create no account, these details serve only to locate any technical traces, which in practice means the emails you have sent us. We will never ask you for identity documents or for a password.
Timing. We acknowledge receipt within a few working days and handle the request within one month at most, as required by the GDPR. That period may be extended by two months for a complex request, in which case you would be informed.
What we cannot delete
Some data is not in our hands and must be requested from whoever holds it:
- Your Steam purchase history, playtime and reviews are held by Valve Corporation, through your Steam account.
- Your mobile purchase history is kept by Apple or Google, who have their own accounting obligations.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob belongs to Google. Deletion is requested through the privacy tools of your Google account.
- Invoices and accounting records that Belgian law requires us to keep, where applicable, for seven years.
Your other rights
Beyond deletion, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object and to data portability. Details are in our privacy policy.
In case of disagreement, you may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.
